This morning I was noticing some games schedules were not correct for Auburn and UAB and others. These games the Schedule did show them in the lineup. I did a fetch guide updates and no changes. So I forced to download entire guide and the games appeared on the schedule. How often does Channels download entire guide or update it. This appears often with some passes also.
Also look at scrolling to the right when program displayed is longer than the guide will show, can’t scroll further. You have to go up or down a channel to move forward through guide. This is occurring on Fire TV stick. Apple TV scrolling is ok.
My guide did not auto fetch this morning at 9 AM like it normally does daily, had to fetch manually as well, version 2019.10.31.2332.
The DVR EPG guide auto refreshes at a random time daily between 9am and 11am.
If you view the Channels DVR log in the DVR web UI, you can see the guide updates logged there.
Look for Fetching guide data
I think for us sports fans that time frame should be earlier. Most game on Saturdays 11AM ct. If I did do a manual fetch at 10 but the games didnt show. So I did a download entire guide and minutes later those games appeared. So maybe there should be redownload entire guide some time earlier in the morning.
