I have an ATV 4K 2nd gen that has been doing great until this latest channels release (or tvos update). What I'm seeing is that when you scroll down in any page that has a multi page scrollable like schedule, guide, search, etc., the screen kind of bounces up and down a little bit as you scroll down at the bottom of the screen. When you scroll up it appears to be perfectly normal, it's only when you're scrolling down into new content that you see this bounciness.
