Channels DVR Server

I have installed this firmware update on my Lacie 5BIG and I can no longer install Channels DVR onto it, worked fine before, is there a solution to this? Will I need/be able to downgrade the firmware or is there A Channels update?

I get this notification "Error attempting to install com.getchannels.dvr-1.0.11-x86_64.rbw" and no installation.

Can you setup SSH access and connect to run some commands for debugging?

I turned on SSH Access, I'm on a Mac, can you walk me through it?

Yes in Terminal you need to ssh admin@IP or maybe root@IP using the IP of your NAS

Are there any sort of logs or diagnostics you can download from the NAS web UI?

Log just says Application failed to install
