I just noticed this the other day but none of my season pass recordings are recording. When I try to manually record an episode it also does not record.
Check the Log tab on your DVR web UI to see what errors are shown.
I always forget that the logs are available. I looked at them and search for the error in the forums and found that the HDHomeRun box needed to be restarted.
