Season Passes showing same show multiple times

I've noticed that when I have created season passes through the web GUI that some of them are showing up multiple times on the Passes tab. I've expanded them and they show the same tag and series ID, but I have no idea why they're duplicated. Any ideas? See the image:

Which browser and OS are you using?

You should be able to delete the extra ones. Not sure why they would have been duplicated unless there’s a bug in some browsers.

Thanks. I’ll try deleting them. I use Chrome on my iPad and Windows 10.

Where did you create those passes from? Using the search?

I created them from the “New Shows/Seasons” tab under Search.
