I had TV Everywhere for my Philo account added, and everything showed up fine in the guide. I then added a second TV Everywhere, from a Spectrum account, and that does not show up in the guide. It does show up under sources, and the scan completed. However, under Stats in Guide Database, it only shows 2 LineUps, when it should show 3 (HDHomerun OTA, plus 2 TV Everywhere). I've tried both Fetch Guide Updates and Re-download the entire guide, neither of which works.
Channels are not duplicated. All TVE sources have the same lineup.
It was my bad anyway. I had my guide set to only show Favorites.
