Selection channel disappears in the "Quick Guide"

Hi,

I'm on live channel, if I touch on the trackpad of apple remote to display the information channel and I swipe down to display the "Quick Guide" and I'm continue swipe down, the selection of channel enter to the bottom that I can't see that. I can see again that if I swipe up.

When I can see the selection:
