Series Image went missing?

For the show ' Pinkalicious & Peterrific' (SeriesID == 14938811), there used to be a series image. It seems to have changed to the generic TV image at some point (I only discovered this when a new recording got the generic image, and I refreshed the show description).

How can one resolve this?

Confirmed it has gone missing, and have emailed our guide provider for a fix.

EDIT: They are out of the office until 5/26 due to the holiday weekend here.
