Curious why do you have the SeriesID != and Title contains ...?
He was asking how to record only the specials titled The Price Is Right at Night, each of which is a different SeriesID.
SeriesID != so it doesn't record The Price Is Right
Title CONTAINS should be obvious
But it would not record the regular Price is right with Title Contains.
Doesn't hurt to make sure.
