I have series passes for The Ingram Angle and Special Report With Bret Baier on Fox News. I had them set for "New Episodes", which makes sense because they are live broadcasts.
Today for the first time, they were not scheduled to record. I had to change the passes to "All Episodes" to get them to record. Looking at the grid details, there is no "New" marking.
What is even stranger, they will start to record again starting on Monday as New Episodes. The ones next week do have the "New" marking.
The markers come from the guide provider. There's nothing we can do to change it.
If you have concerns with accuracy, you can load zap2it.com and check if the same issue is there (it should be the same data source). At the bottom of the page is a contact link that you can use to report problems.
The problem is that the shows were marked "Live" rather than "New".
I think that as far as series passes are concerned, Channels should consider "Live" and "New" to both match the "New Episodes" flag.
