Server all of a sudden not working [SOLVED!]

Channels DVR Server Troubleshooting

I've been using the Channels DVR Server on my windows 11 PC for a long while now, but all of it stopped working and I'm unable to connect. When I pull up the task manager, I can see the server pop "on and off". but will not stay active.

Any advice/guidance is suggested.

What do you get if you web into it from the same computer as the server is on?

either not connectable, or the loading/splash screen showing that the Channels DVR server is "starting", but never does.

The only thing I can think of is to make a copy of the database backups. Then uninstall and then follow the migration procedures as you reinstall.

You said Windows 11 did you try by turning off the firewall ?

Or look at the DVR log.

That fixed it. must've just been one of those "things".
