The server is placing certain seasons of two different shows (Friends; All in the Family) in separate folders and naming them generically, e.g., "Season 10" and so on (see screenshots). However, the affected season files are not named any differently than any of the other seasons. I actually deleted the source folders and re-imported them, all to no avail.
I can't answer the why, but you might be able to fix this pretty easily. If you go to something like the "Season 5" folder for All in the Family, you can select "Fix Incorrect Match".
Then search for and make sure it using the same "All in the Family" selection as the main one. That should put them back together again. I have something similar with a few programs here and there, and this always seemed to get get them to go back where they belonged.
