Server stops running. Disconnected. Firewall Settings?

My Channels Server is running on my Synology NAS. I have began to see disconnection issues. When I login to the NAS I can see that the Channels Server has stopped running. I select "Run" and everything is back to normal. What could cause this? Maybe firewall settings?

How do I insure Channels is allowed in a BitDefender FW application? Do I enter a rule with a IP of the NAS or what?

The problem is on your NAS, not your Windows computer.

Okay....thanks...but not sure how your answer has any practical use. What aspect of the NAS? Settings? Installation of app? what?

It will save you time working on your Windows box which is fine. Try upgrading to the latest beta version on your NAS if you have not done this.
