Set Library Visibility When Creating Recording or Pass

When using Kids Section with channels and populating it with content, I have the following desire:

  • I'd like to set visibility filters when creating a series pass within ATV
  • I'd like to set visibility filters when creating an individual recording within ATV

This way we can record future kids content and have it appear in the correct area, without having to remember days or weeks later that we need to go in and change the visibility once the recording completes.

I like the request, but why do you need to go into the web interface to set the visiblity. I just look at new recordings about once a week from my AppleTV and go down the list and change it for any kids recorded movies. For shows, once its set then subsequent recordings for the same show don't need to be changed.

You are correct, and I actually noticed last night this was possible on the ATV via long press in a few areas. I updated the original posting. The biggest annoyance right now is you schedule a recordings for a new show that airs next month and then have to remember to change it later.
