Anyone know if there’s a way to lock the settings of the app or create some type of kiosk mode?
I basically want the user to power up the android TV device and only be able to navigate the preset channel lineup.
Android TV lets you setup a restricted mode where only certain apps can be accessed.
We also have some ability to expose custom restrictions although I don’t know too much about how it works. I assume a common request would be hide the Settings tab.
That’s exactly what we would love to have. The ability to hide the settings tab or have access to the settings tab be password or pin protected.
