Settings page show DVR initial setup every time opened

Since I updated to 2020.09.18.2341 version of DVR server, everytime I open settings, it shows initial setup step 3 (Setup guide data). Clicking on refresh source brings to to finish button and then it goes back to normal. Next time I access setting page it goes right back to Step 3, Setup guide data. Windows 8.1 Laptop, Intel Core i7

New Webage does not look right

Same Set Guide Data message here. Also, the Log menu item is always shaded as if it selected.
