Setup issue on NAS

I am trying to check out TV anywhere. When I click on my cable provider (Spectrum/Charter), it tried to prompt to login but then I get a too many redirects error. Any idea how to get past this?

Please email [email protected] with a screenshot of the issue and the logs from the Log tab.

got it fixed - I had to do it from my NAS. Thanks, this is great.
