Just downloaded the server to my Windows 10 PC. Signed up for pay service.
Connected ext hard drive.
HDHomerun connected, found OTA stations. Running app on Android (11) phone
Rebooted phone but get audio only, no video. What to try next?

Try Settings > Playback > Advanced > Decoder and change it to "Software". (It sounds like your Android device does not support MPEG-2 in its hardware decoder.)
Not sure where to find those settings. Looked in both the Server settings and the Android settings.
Sorry for the newbie questions.
In the Android app, navigate to the Settings page from the sidebar on the left. From there, select the Playback option, then the Advanced option. That page in the settings will have a Video Decoder option. By default, it is set to Hardware. However, since it appears that your device does not support hardware decoding of OTA broadcasts, you need to change this to Software.
That worked, thx.
Now trying to set up both DirecTV and YouTube TV as sources.
Did some reading but stumped so far. Do I need to be at my PC to make those changes on the Channels server?
Not necessarily. But they must be made from the DVR server's web interface. You can use a phone/tablet web browser, too, but you might prefer the larger view of a computer's web browser.
All sources are managed from the Channels DVR Server web admin.
