Maybe this isn't a bug, but in my opinion it seems to be...
Using shake to mute mutes the audio as expected. However, if, while muted, you change channels then the audio plays on the new channel. In my opinion, the audio should remain muted across a channel change and only be unmuted if the remote is shook again.
