I've been having a couple of issues with the 2019 Shield TV & channels

I've just submitted diagnostics for 1; occasionally playback will randomly stop & return to Library screen

The other is frequently there is no sound when I start playback. Going back then playing again always resolves it.

Can you select Crash when submitting diagnostics next time

Thanks but have upgraded to a pro now & this issue doesn't seem to be present with that. However, I am seeing different issues & just posted: ShieldTV - Lost sound & player crash
