OH noticed today that, on the Server WebUI Guide, data for several of our FTA channels only has the next 3 days (up until this Friday 26th Sep) after that it just says "To Be Announced". The Channels affected include BBC1, ITV1, Ch5, BBC3, BB4, ITV4, E4, More4, 4seven, Film4 & 5Action. All other channels have data for 2 weeks or more.
The logs show the guide was updated OK this morning as usual, but I've just forced another guide download in case, but the same channels still have limited data.
I presume therefore that this is a Gracenote issue but wondered if other UK users could check their guides to see if it is a general problem or something specific to my system.
Also is there a process for Channels DVR users to get in touch with Gracenote to check such things?
I am getting the signal from a SATIP box using a custom M3U in which I hard code the station ID's. But I have checked a couple of the affected ones in case Gracenote had changed them and they haven't.
