I'm using Philo as one of my TVE sources. Everything was working perfectly last week. Then on Friday, I had to cancel Philo and resubscribe so I could get the $10 off per month through T-Mobile. Everything is still working but I'm noticing some of the Philo channels are loading as smoothly as they were before and some load then pause then start. It's not a big deal it's just not the way it was prior to Friday. Should I delete the Philo source then add it again? I'm wondering if that would fix that or if this is just how it is now?
I haven’t changed anything. My Philo takes a few seconds to load a channel, then plays for a few seconds, then pauses for a second, then plays without any issues. It’s like it is setting up buffering.
Yes it’s unlikely re-adding the source would solve the problem. Sounds like maybe The channels you are watching are having some problems that just coincided with your account changes.
