Show Individual Library Collections in Main Navigation

This is two parts, but Part 1 would make part 2 irrelevant.

Part1:
I would love it if we could add individual library collections to the main navigation menu. The same idea how we can add individual Channel collections to “on now”.

My use case for this is I have created dynamic updating library/show collections (as new episodes record) for my wife, myself, and then “our shows”. This allows us to quickly access just those shows that we each individually watch, and our “priority” shows we watch together.

It would be neat if we could add our individual collections to main navigation so we each have our own direct menu item.

This brings me to part 2:
Right now you can add “Library Collections” to main navigation, but when we go to that section it defaults to movies, even though we have no movie collection a built. So each time you choose collections you have to go up, move over to shows, then back down to the collection choices and then choose the collection you want. It’s like 5 or 6 clicks to get to a specific tv library collection.

Obviously if it would be possibly to place individual library collections in the main navigation that would be AWESOME and would negate part 2 as there would be no need to go to the main collections tab at all.

Is this on android?

So it’s on firestick 4k that prompted the post.

But that’s only because we are out of town this weekend when i had the idea for the library collections and the firestick is my travel device. We are all Apple TV at home..

I’m more intrigued about being able to put specific library collections in the main navigation window.

Apple TV version shouldn’t show a tab if your library doesn’t have that type of collections. It should also remember the last tab you were on.

Oh cool! Thanks!
Any thoughts on being able to put specific library collections in the main navigation similar to how we can do specific channel collections in the on now menu?

That’s not something you can do, but it’s something we have ideas about, but is part of a larger function of being able to have more control over all of the app.

So, it’s in the plan, there’s just no timeline at the moment.
