After pausing and resuming a show on Apple TV, the current show's title and description no longer display on the pause screen above the time/pause position. See attached image.

I'm seeing this on my Apple TV.
I can recreate the behavior by pausing a channel in the Apple TV Channels app and letting the "stream" get ahead of the pause point.
Then, it's undetermined if behavior occurs if/when the channel has been paused for an extended amount of time, or a new show has begun or at the top of the next hour/half hour, but when it occurs, from then on when I pause the channel, the show's title/description are no longer displayed (until I stop the channel, return to the guide and start the channel again).
This is a relatively new behavior. Up until recently, show title/description info would always display no matter how long a channel was paused.
Channels Apple TV app version 4.5.7. Channels DVR version 2021.05.26.1807.
Sometimes I will see a prompt (any) in the pip window, and have to full screen it to choose (doesn't break the prompt)
