Side bar appears to be broken

Channels has been historically working pretty well with few issues, but just now I opened the app on my Apple TV connected to our HDHR, and the sidebar only displays "On now, Guide, Settings" there is no way to see recorded content or anything of the sort. I've tried quitting and relaunching the app with no difference, does anyone know how to fix this?

Not sure what TVOS version I'm running, if it's relevant I can look for it, also there was a power outage a few days ago and the application hasn't been opened since, not sure if this could have any bearing, but worth mentioning I think.

Recorded content comes from your DVR. Where is your DVR installed? Is it still running there?

I'm not seeing any DVR subscriptions associated with the account you're posting from.
