Silicondust Premium Channels - updated guide data?

Many may be aware of a variety of stream issues over the past few days with this service. One outcome is that some of the long-missing channels have returned, and some streams that had been "west coast" feeds are now "east coast". That is fine by me since I am on east coast anyway - my question for experts here is if the guide data I am getting in channels dvr and channels apps is fed from SikiconDust? They say they have updated the guide a few hours ago to now correctly reflect the time zone and content. I restarted my devices - should that provide refreshed guide data in the dvr and apps? Is there some other refresh or selection I need to do to "map" the channel to the correct timezone/guide data? It's hard to verify by watching if all is correct or incorrect now.

We are in contact with SD about the changes and are waiting to get an official list of what has changed. Once we have that we will publish a beta DVR build with the new guide mappings.

A new build is being published now. To update, hold down SHIFT on your keyboard and click the Check for Updates button on the DVR web UI.

Loaded new build on Synology. Not tested all channels, but Bravo is now East coast feed but guide remains showing West coast as was previous, so still not quite right.

Updated to 2019:03.01.2325 and Discovery still not there? Anything else I can Do?

I actually have Discovery, HGTV etc that had been missing since December in my guide, and seem to work... Not certain about all channels. I had previously hidden them by showing only favorites, but now see them when showing "all". As mentioned, my issue is with guide time zones not matching streamed content times

What does it show on http://x.x.x.x:8089/settings/hdhr.tz

it shows "est"

The premium channels are something of a mess now, with some not functioning at all, and others long missing actually working. The original Bravo feed was always west coast, for all subscribers, regardless of their location, but is now the east coast feed,, for me, and I am actually in EST, but the guide you guys have reflects the original setup rather than what has recently been shown. I'm not sure how stable this current lineup is, of course, as they keep changing things. I did load the HDHR app and found that SD has their own guide corrected for time zones now.

We already switched bravo to east coast guide data for est users. Maybe you need to click the circle refresh icon under your HDHR on the DVR web UI.

AMC and USA network are both wrong. Amc was east coast feed now it’s west. USA was west coast now it’s east. Are these channels getting fixed for the new timer

Both of those were supposed to be fixed. Did you try clicking the circle refresh icon to reload guide data?

Yes I did and also downloaded the beta

Ok I deleted the guide and re-downloaded. It seems to be OK now

Haven't tested all channels but confirmed that HGTV guide is showing Pacific and I need Eastern Timezone. Also noticed same problem with Food Network. ESPN ok. ... I just came back to Channels because of the Premium service, after trying YouTubeTV, now I'm already regretting that decision with these goofy guide timezone issues. Is there a solution for this now, and are this issues going away soon? Please help! .

To fix the guide you need to update to the latest pre-release. Hold down SHIFT on your keyboard and click the Check for Updates button on the DVR web UI. After the update completes, click the circle icon under your HDHR.

That helped, getting closer. Fixing this, I realized that in the Channels DVR Status, it's showing the Timezone as CST. I went into my ReadyNAS and saw that it indeed was set up in the Central Time Zone. So, I went into my ReadyNAS setting and updated the Server time to Eastern. I then refreshed the ChannelsDVR Settings page, but it's still showing the CST timezone. How can I fix this?

You may need to reboot. However the timezone of the clock shouldn't matter.

Thanks so much for the fast responses. ... Well the reboot did update the Channels DVR Setting Timezone to EST. However, the guide for the HGTV channel is still incorrect. The 2p show is Fixer Upper on the Guide, but House Hunter is on at 2p (which is correct on the CST Guide). Still puzzled here...Actually starting to think this is a problem specific to HGTV. Could they simply have the wrong programming listing? I just checked another source (TVGuide), and they are showing Fixer Upper at 1p and 2p Central time, which means Fixer Upper should be on right now. It's not--Beachfront Bargain is showing, which should have ended at 11am Central. Any insight here, or do you concur the problem might be on their end?

First thing to do would be to check the official HDHR app and see if the guide data shown there matches the content airing or not.
