Simple question

I"m pretty sure I know the answer, but... so, say I record an hour show, x amount of data from my ISP... now, say I Watch said show, once, twice, Ten times... is that using Any More data? I think not, but, ISP giving me the ol ' you've used 90%.. bla, bla, bla..

If using an HDHomeRun and playing on your local network, the activities of recording and playing back ten times use a total of 0 from your ISP.

Watching recorded content does not use data. You could unplug your modem.

Watching a recording remotely would use data each time every time. As stated above, local watching would not

watching, across MY network, won't use data, correct? also, curious how Much data gets used when updating EPG's? little or alot?

Correct. The EPG data can be somewhat large, but varies a lot based on how many channels you have of course. WAG if you have lots of channels I think it could get into the hundreds of MB per day.

thanks for the replies
