When watching shows via the browser, is there anything else I need to do to skip commercials other than checking "Detect Commercials"? At the moment, I can see in the timeline that it is detecting commercials but it it not auto skipping them.

We have not implemented auto-skipping in the browser player.
Because of technical limitations and time constraints, at this point in time we haven’t considered the web player a primary viewing interface for the product. We do what we can but it lags behind the apps.
Sure, completely understand but keep in mind when people travel, they will be accessing their Channels app away from home via their laptop and don't necessarily hook up a Firestick all the time.
Do you have a phone or tablet that you travel with? I believe that's what the majority of our customers use remotely.
I travel with a laptop. When I’m at home in my “office”, I display Channels to a second screen.
