I have subscribed to Sling Orange + Sports Extra. The Sports Extra channels (ESPN, 2, 3, U, SECN, etc.) do not show in the guide. When I went into the setup for Channels and tried to add manually, it says Not Authorized. Thanks for any help.

I don't believe they are available via TVE. Can you login at the ESPN website and stream from there with your Sling credentials?
(Overall, Sling's TV Everywhere support is actually quite poor, IIRC.)
