I'm running Channels DVR Server Version 2022.04.06.0146 on a WD My Cloud PR4100. Sling TV isn't working with my login credentials and displaying the error "no login form found". Before I stopped Sling TV services in early February, Sling TV worked. Although the Sling TV login credentials are the same, I removed Sling TV from TV Everywhere source yesterday, April 16, 2022, and tried adding it again. I, then, checked for a new Channels DVR Server update (Version 2022.04.06.0146). I checked Troubleshooting in the Support tab and saw that TV Everywhere had an error and the message was "Chrome version is out of date: Chrome/76.0.3805.2". I clicked to update; however, Sling TV still can't be added back to the Channels DVR Server. I submitted the logs, 09947daa-b176-4ad1-8524-eebbd5609dc1, yesterday. Sling TV works using the same login credentials with the Sling TV app on TVs and other devices. Thanks...

I found that this problem occurs with NordVPN (no DNS or WEBRTC leaks) configured as the VPN client on my Asus-wrt Merlin router. The Channels DVR Server is running on a WD MyCloud PR4100 and although the PR4100 is configured to bypass VPN in the router, the Sling TV channel couldn't be watched on Channels DVR. When Sling TV was deleted on the Channels DVR Server, the Sling TV credentials weren't recognized. After turning off the VPN, Sling TV could be added back to the Channels DVR Server. I tested 12 to 15 NordVPN servers. To make a long story short, some Sling TV channels can be watch again using the Channels DVR while running either ExpressVPN or IPVanish VPN. Hope this helps someone.
