Everything is working as expected in the logs. The first HLS segment took 5.377741901s to download, and that is how long the player waited until starting playback.
So are you saying there is no issue anymore in the logs? It’s still happening for me.

This is a HUGE improvement, channels now change between 1-2 seconds. Out of interest what was the issue/solution?
