So when browsing channels with the slide down, prior to the pip updates you could tune to a channel and slide down right away when you tuned to a channel. Now you can’t. You have to wait for the info window at the bottom to tile out before you can slide down.
What’s up with this.
I’m not following what you are trying to describe here. Can you elaborate or post a picture?
I noticed this change too, I think they implemented it because the slide down quick guide action made the PIP button harder to use.
It's still an extra step, but you can tap once on the Apple TV remote to dismiss the info window instead of waiting for it to hide automatically.
Yeah, I do that too. Tap the d-pad once to dismiss and then swipe down for the quick guide. So its one extra finger motion. Would be better without the extra motion required, though.
