Small window on Android phone

I can do it on the mobile browser, but not the Android app. Is that something that can be added to the app?

For a phone?

The Channels app will respond to the "P" key being pressed, regardless of the platform. If your phone does not have a physical keyboard, you might be able to use something like Button Mapper to send the keycode.

Alternatively, have you looked into how Android handles windowing apps? I know there is also a system setting that needs to be enabled (it might be in the developer menu) to allow windowing.

The point is, Channels supports it natively; it is up to your device to implement PiP and expose that functionality.

You tube, Spectrum, Netflix, Hulu all have that function

Have you enabled PiP support for Channels in the Android system settings?

Yes. I've tried beta alpha and the regular app

In the latest beta, there is now a pip button in the phone/tablet player UI (next to the closed caption button).

I'm on 102.3.140 and I only see a globe next to CC

Try with 102.07.0006

Does it work?

Yes, thanks
