[SOLVED] Channel 6787 "POSITIV" empty URL

As I type this message, Channels DVR was supposed to be recording a movie on channel 6787 starting at 7:30 AM EST but it couldn't start the stream. I did a manual rescan in the settings on this channel and got "empty URL". :frowning:

I don't think this matters for this issue but I have 2 TV sources:

  1. DirecTV
  2. Xfinity

The movie is supposed to air 2 more times over the next 12 days so I may have a chance to record it if the stream works.

Please advise.

On https://positiv.tv/watch-now/ it says Off Air

Thank you for checking. Now I know what to check if I encounter the same situation.

Problem fixed. I wrote to them and they took care of the issue. The stream is working fine now. :slightly_smiling_face:
