SOLVED - Channel collection and guide weirdness - ONE channel always showing out of order

So, trying to hit the high notes without taking too long -

I have multiple sources, YTTV, DTV, Pluto, etc. and an encoder using adbtuner that has 5 NBC channels I can't otherwise get via Channels. I have a couple of channel collections where I've sorted the channels so stuff like locals, news, sports, movies, etc. is the general trend.
It was working fine, but yesterday I redid the encoder channels when I was adding one and I noticed today that NBC is always at the bottom of my guide. It is one of the higher channel numbers, but the sorting is set to default on the clients and the others are behaving properly (ignoring channel numbers)

I've tried removing NBC several times, redownloading guide data, etc., but NBC keeps staying at the bottom. Any idea how I can fix this?

Tried removing and readding. No matter how many times I add NBC, whatever the mapping, to a Channel Collection it appears fine, but then I go to the guide and now it is missing altogether. If I switch the guide from All Sources to just the encoder it's right there, and it plays just fine. So bizarre.

Make sure that in the client app that the “nbc” source is enabled under settings> manage sources.

If that isn’t the problem, try a test by moving your nbc source to the top by adjusting source priority in the web ui. If they show up after that then you have a duplicate channel conflict.

Confirmed that source is enabled. Changed the channel number just to absolutely ensure there is no duplication - still doesn't show. Man, this is the most frustrating bug I've encountered in my 2+ years of running Channels.

I'm pretty sure when you add a channel to a Channel Collection, it uses the network name (like nbc), not the channel number.

Another thing you might want to check is how you have stack duplicates set.

Just moved the encoder to the #1 source. It's definitely configured with the proper channel number. I think I'm going to have to open a ticket.

must be an issue with the channel-id

It was not. I ended up removing all of my sources, deleting the cache and recreating the database, then adding the sources back. Now it it working just fine. Some sort of bug, but didn't catch this one to fully report it, unfortunately.
