(Solved) Discovery TVE error

Hi. Is anybody else having a problem pulling in Discovery network channels using Philo TVE access? I am getting error that says: 403: Not permitted to watch. (access.denied.missingpackage0

I searched the TVE site for the Cooking Channel, watch.cookingchanneltv.com, which is what we were trying to watch. I login with my Philo credentials. I click to stream it and get this error: It is not a part of my package. It is. I can access it through Philo. I called Philo and they did confirm it is still a part of my package. It also has this: ERROR CODE: SONIC-API: MISSING PACKAGE.

I get the same error message for all Discovery networks on that site. I go to the Discovery Go site, go.discovery.com, and it works. Hopefully the Channels devs can take a look at this. I appreciate any help.

Sounds like you need to either contact Philo support; or it could be a temporary problem with their auth backend, and you just have to wait and try again later.

I did contact Philo. They said I have to contact Discovery which I did send them a message. Waiting on a response. I hope we don't lose access to Discovery channels through Channels any time soon. I wonder if Discovery may drop that access at some point since they have their own streaming service now.

IIRC the devs switched auth for all Discovery network channels to use the science channel.
I could be wrong because I know they went back-n-forth on that.
You could tell by looking at the DVR logs when it tries to authenticate.

I tried update password but that didn't help. I'll try removing it and then adding it back.

D'oh! smh I don't know why I didn't try that. That fixed it. Thanks for the responses.

Remove and add the source?

Yep, it's been a long week. I should have thought of that.
