Some change to ViacomCBS (Paramount) channels?

As of today, I'm abruptly not able to access ViacomCBS channels that were previously working through Philo, with all of them showing a "no login form found" error:

If I go to cc.com, I have no trouble logging in with Philo and watching live TV, so I suspect this error may be caused by some sort of change to the website?

I looked at my setup for Philo and I am not having this issue. I have been able to watch channels via Philo and TV Everywhere. I was about to test channels MTV and CC with no issues.
