Sort by recorded date

I like House Hunters International, and currently have 166 episodes in my library. Last week I had 164 episodes. Apparently two recorded. I have no idea which episodes, but they weren't ones from the most recent season, because they don't show up at the beginning, when sorted by "newest first".

I might want to watch the newly-recorded-but-old episodes, if I could find them. For that purpose, I'd love to have a "view by recorded date" option.

If you go to the menu item Recordings it shows them by descending date recorded.
At least it does on my iPhone.

That shows me all recordings, mixing in movies and other shows, which isn't that useful. Thanks, though!

Create a Collections Titled ""Show" Sort box by "Date Added" then Add Content the "Show" you want. Then in the Sort box select "Date Added". Leave the Order box as Forward. The most recently added episodes should appear at the top of the list when you view the collection in your client.

Might want to change the Title then.
Sort by recorded date instead of by Season and Episode in a Show.

Not sure how many users would want that though.

I can definitely see the value in this feature. I've been recording Star Trek TNG. It's quite confusing how it fills in episodes as they record. It would be nice if this was an option you could toggle, even if it was on a show by show basis.

Basically want the list of shows from a series in the order they have recorded. Don't care about season number or even episode number. I want to watch them as they come in.

Right now it fills in episodes all over the place from season to season. So the leftmost episode is the highest episode from the highest season, which is not helpful.

Perhaps I'm doing this wrong, but this didn't do what I want. It looks like you can add multiple shows into a collection and then the shows (as a group, where all episodes of a show are one item) are sorted by added?
