I'm posting this in Apple TV client since I think it is a playback issue, not a recording issue.
Sometimes when playing back recording content, and pausing, skipping, etc. the content will resume play with voices in a higher pitch. It is not quite a breathing helium effect, but somewhere between normal and that. Despite the pitch, playback is normal speed. I've tried changing to a different speed, then back to 1.0, but that doesn't seem to help.
I'm not 100% sure but it appears that if I exit Channels and stream some other content from another app, then go back to Channels, the problem is resolved.
