Sources--Manage Lineup--'all off/on' for channel #s

when I add new sources, the lineups are by default all turned on for every channel available. this I understand and agree by default. however, some sources I choose have a large amount of channels available but I do NOT want to watch or view them in my guide. if there was a toggle or column on/off click to (temporarily) choose them all off I would not have to click on 100+ or 600+ channel names to turn them all off that I dont want to view.

maybe just a small column tick box at the top for all on/off selection and then let me run through the ones I do want to choose. currently it is just defaulted to all on at first creation.

Since we can now add all these awesome TVE and m3u channel sources for things like Pluto, Plex, etc., I've found myself struggling to manage the hundreds of channels often listed in the Manage Lineup dialog (Admin Settings website \ Sources). In a continuing quest to consolidate great CDVR tweaks and extensions like this one (thanks @kman0!) into a single interface -- I've added this to OliveTin. I think it should be easy for this little add-on for the developers to apply this.
