Spatial Audio, Airpods Pro 3

Jut got the Airpods Pro 3. Paired with current model Apple TV 4K.

Just a note, that it seems the Spatial Audio feature, the abilty to live toggle it on and off via the ATV's command menu(whatever they call it) does not seem to work.
I have to stop playback, then change the setting, Off or On, then start playback again.

I have confirmed that this appears to not be an issue just in Channels DVR, as the same thing with Infuse, and even Apple Music app.

I guess Apple needs to update the ATV in some way still.

Are they much of a step up from Pro 2?

A noticeable refinement in pretty much every aspect of them.

Would not say the are any sort of major upgrade.
