Specific guide for NCAA Men's Basketball

I'd like to create a guide that specifically lists only the four channels showing NCAA Men's Basketball tournament games.

For example, similar to HD Channels, Favorites, Movies, Sports, etc., I'd like to create one for NCAA that only includes CBS, TNT, TBS, and TRU.

Flipping between the four games yesterday was cumbersome. I know I can double press on the PLAY button to go to "previous channel", which helps, but I am trying to flip between 4 active games.

If there is a method to easily flip between the four channels mentioned above, please let me know.

Channel Collections was the solution to my issue. Created a "NCAA Hoops" collection and added it to the specific clients I wanted. Thanks.
