Specific movie wont show up in Library from PlayCloud

I have downloaded The Greatest Showman 3 times and it wont shup up in playcloud. Everything else shows up except this movie

Hmm. From which streaming service linked to PlayOn Cloud? I’ll try and see if the same happens. I have not heard of “PlayCloud.”

I just queued it up to compare experiences and will let you know. For what it’s worth, my default recording video quality setting is HD, not FHD.

Now that AnyStream has a Mac version I am using that more often than PlayOn Cloud these days.

I just checked my Channels DVR and see this title has been added via the PlayOn Cloud recording. Not sure why yours isn’t behaving the same.
