Spectrum bot blocking IDID-4000

Spectrum is blocking my ADDING it to the sources. I've waited 24 hours 3 times and keep getting the same bot error - IDID-4000. I'm using the latest Pre-release Channels version on a Mac Mini (I think 2022 or 2023) with mac os 27.
Here is the diagnosis log ID: 73661b1f-4562-41fb-9b32-81f98228c09d

Channels version: 2026.10.20.0003

I can log in to Spectrum in a browser using the same ID and PW.

@eric, I e-mailed you guys about this and other similar issues on 9/18, but I've submitted fresh diagnostics now: dfc66680-b4a1-48e0-95f1-94d8326cfe45. Basically, everything you have and are doing for Spectrum needs to be ported over the Cox because the process is the same, but the login isn't. Some stations still require to select "Cox-Spectrum" during login, so all of us former Cox users cannot just change over to Spectrum in order to use TVE. As you can see in the logs, I'm getting a whole …

Also consider adding FastChannels TVE as a source since it's having a much better time with Spectrum (plus is in the process of adding a whole lot more stations to the lineup).

More so, where TVE fails, there is the ability to basically get streams from the Spectrum app (provided you have an encoder project to use).

Just as a follow-up to that post I made, overnight all my IDID-4000 errors cleared up. Why? No reason whatsoever! Will they come back again? Who knows! Probably? I run a daily test, so I'm bound to find out at some point. That said, I haven't had an issue with recording or watching because I have backup after backup after backup for these stations.

PLM always has it's same "Parent" with it's own unique channel-id, it doesn't care what the underlying "Child" or "Children" stations are. Take for instance this situation with HGTV:

My default choice is to use Channels TVE through Cox/Spectrum. If that fails, it can fallback to FastChannels TVE through the same providers. If that fails, then it launches ADBTuner using HDMI Encoder Native Apps. If that fails or all my ADBTuner tuners are taken, it falls back to Roku Bridge. Finally, if that is not available, it will use PrismCast. If I had another provider like Philo or YouTube TV, I could shove them anywhere in that chain, and disable them when they're not in use and PLM would skip over them. Meanwhile, as far a Channels is concerned, it is the same HGTV with the same channel-id, so it always stays put in my Channels Collection.
