I saw it just showed up under Spectrum. I didn't even scan. Also I tried my parents Xfinity account to see if it also had the Weather channel issue. It gave me my local ABC which is in a different area then them. Not sure why that works.

Same here in Tampa Bay region.
ABC Is still not in my TVE for Spectrum. But CBS now is. I CAN watch a near by ABC from ABC.com LIVE via my Spectrum account (ABC/TVE). But Channels won't see that channel/market. I really wish ABC TVE would work as it’s one of the few channels I watch Daily.

Ok That's what I thought and that's your local ABC, not a national feed. Seems like a Channel issue.
It's the Chattanooga ABC feed. I'm closer to it than my actual DMA of Nashville, TN. Nashville isn't supported via TVE on ABC's website. So it gives me Chattanooga instead.
Lets hope the Channel DEVS can fix it then.
