Spectrum Login Failure ELI-1600

I'm having an issue logging into Spectrum. It attempts to login and then gives me a little snapshot that says "We've noticed that you haven't done anything in a while. Please open a new window to sign in"

I have no idea what this issue is. I can log into the spectrum website without issue and to the app without issue.

Please click Support > Submit Diagnostics on the DVR web UI and email support.

Turns out my time zone was set incorrectly but the time was set correctly. Once I went in to sync the time i noticed and corrected and that fixed the issue. Support was way faster than I expected and gave me the hint.

this worked. for some reason my time was off. anybody onlooking, check time on device and time zone.
