I have 2 HDHomerun HDHR5-4US on my network. I keep having an issue where OTA stations that have too weak signals keep showing up in the station listing on my sources and EPG. I've gone into channels (android) and hidden the channels over and over and they keep coming back. I've also hidden them in the setting in the web interface and even in the HDHR setup. Does anyone know what I need to do to make them stay gone? It is about a dozen stations and it's just a pain to keep hiding them. Clients are all android and the dvr server is running on windows 10. Thanks for any input.
I have several channels like that in my HDHomeruns. In the Channels DVR settings under sources I set them to hidden and they stay that way. I rarely ever do a new channel scan which might knock those channels out of the list entirely after which I would need to hide them again. Is that what is happening to you?
This was an issue quite some time ago (maybe last year) but an update fixed it. The HDHR does a channel scan every few days and there is no way to stop it.
Check and make sure you are on the latest firmware for the HDHR.
Have this same issue occasionally. It seems to be unique to the client, and in the HDHR ui they still show as blocked, so the easiest / fastest way I've found to fix the lineup is on the that client go into settings, manage sources, hdhomerun, sync favorites / hidden, import from source.

Thanks, I'll check that but I think I did a firmware update recently. Was the update a HDHR update or channels? All my clients are android except my phone. I need to pay attention to whether it affect the iOS client too.
I'll try that. I've seen the sync option but am unfamiliar with how it works.
The update was from HDHR.
