"Stop Recording" doesn't do anything on some channels (seems to be Pluto TV)

I tried to stop these recordings from the drop-down menu and nothing happened.

There is nothing in the log that I can see.

I was able to stop another one right before but it worked on the second try. These two are not working.

Sometimes it takes a minute to stop a Custom M3U channel recording.
I've just gotten used to it.

Thank you. I don't remember experiencing this before so I thought this was new behavior.
