I just loaded the latest firmware update and I can’t load TV guide nor can I see any channels. What is going on?
Which firmware update on what device?
I think it was 2019-4-28 update. My guide is showing up, but I cannot access any channels. Cannot see even programs on DVR that haven been recorded.
I deleted and reinstalled the program. It works now! Thanks!
