One observation that is new / different. On FNC we’re now seeing some PSA commercials about corona virus that we weren’t seeing before. I wonder if these are the problematic commercials?
"broken pipe" error is harmless. You must have closed the browser while it was still loading some guide data.

I think my laptop locked up and Blue Screened on me actually at that moment....i guess that would do it.

Quick update...
I ran DIY on a TV overnight - approx 12 hours - with no issues. Also, have about 4 hours of runtime on FNC also with no issues.
Looking good so far!

Been wathcing a few tve channels today....and now tonight since Hulu and Disney+ is down/wont play now (over load i assume)
So far, have not had any issues.
Curious what was changed to fix this?
What is FNC channel?

the big channels i was having issue with all discovery stations, and comedy central so far playing fine.
I've been watching Fox news without issue since the change.
One thing, on TBD 6755, a channel i have never watched before much....was trying to watch a Back To the Future documentary tonight of 1hr, and the same commercials would just interrupt the show mid sentence, at 3x the normal volume. These are inaddition to the normal breaks, and are very abrupt and the ~2 min they play, it is in place of the show still airing. when it hits, i can stop playback and reload channel and the show is still on until a normal break. at least 2x, the sudden interruption of commercials added in did not even end, had to back out...missed the last 10 min of the show cause of this. does not seem right. the buffer is not jumping back or anything. it is like live stream is just hard cut and sent to commercials, but show is still progessing during the timeframe.
not sure if this is normal behavior for this channel or not...this is the first time i have tried to watch a full show on it.
Might be happening again?
My mother watching Discover Life 6113 and she told me it keeps just going back to the guide alot.

dont know why it says clients 2...there is only the one client, the Shield she is using in my living-room. maybe every time it stops and goes back into guide, and she reloads the channel, server things it is a new client.

Did you ever figure the NFL Network freezing on commercials? I have had this issue for a while now and keep updating hoping that it will be fixed but it is still doing it.
I'm still unable to watch this channel as well. Once it goes to commercial it freezes. There's no error in the logs to report.
Still happening as of 8/11/2020 watching Tennis Channel via FIOS TVE. Stuck when switching to commercial. Click left a few times, waited 10 seconds, and was able to catch on to the live commercial feed. Have to do this everytime it cuts to TVE commercials (not the same as broadcast commercials)
